I always like going to see Dr. Kannabiran. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I also like the fact that there is never a long wait to get in to see him.

Dr Lauretano is the nicest man he is so kind in his speaking with his patients so they understand thier condition and makes you feel very cared for I highly recommend him he's the best!!!

Dr Gallivan is one of the best doctors I have ever had. An emergency cauliflower ear was the worst she had ever seen. With incredible patience and empathetic understanding she treated me compassionately. She restored my ear to almost normal after draining the cauliflower multiple times, some damage, and treating a gnarly infection. Great care and wonderful person as well! Thank You Doctor Gallivan!

Dr Gallivan helped with my hearing issues, as always. But when I mentioned my wife’s recently broken nose and the fact that we were going on a trip in a day, she made room in her full schedule and set the bone in my wife’s nose. Her caring treatment is totally above and beyond!

Dr. Finlay did a very careful exam of the one problem area that Dr Kappa found in the endoscopy that she wanted a second opinion on. He gave me three options to proceed further. I decided to get the CAT scan at Lowell hospital which should be definitive.

Dr Hootnick is my ENT surgeon when I was having thyroid issues. She was awesome. I had to have the left side of my thyroid gland removed. I highly reccommend her.

Today I understand the office was operating under a new system. I checked in online last night. Arrived for my 8:30 appointment. Went to the window to check in and was told I was all set. I sat in the waiting room until 10:00am. The line at the window was so long I couldn’t even wait in line to reschedule my appointment because I was going to be late for my 10:00 Zoom meeting. I tried calling to reschedule when I got out to my car but the automated answering said I may experience a long wait and thank you for my patience. I need to reschedule today’s appointment.

Very good doctors and staff

Care was wonderful. Hopefully the kinks of transitioning to a new health mgmt system will be worked out soon. Intake & checkout were far longer than the time spent with Dr Lauretano.

The examination and entire visit lasted less than 5 minutes and the purpose of my visit was dismissed with a statement of how many of the population also has tinnitus. The audiologist was amazing and I'm looking to return for hearing aids, but why make a visit with the ENT as well if they offer nothing further for tinnitus? I'd rather not waste my time and money.

I appreciated how Dr. Nayak took time to look over some earlier test results from an out-of-state medical facility while I was in the room. Also, I liked how he offered to pretty much see me right away if I was having another bad episode of vertigo so he could determine if it was related to my ears.

Dr Mazur is going to be one of the best auntie I’ve worked with she’s caring she takes her time and she’s always there for you seven days a week even if you have to call on her off days she will reach out to you she’ll go above and beyond even if she feels that it’s unnecessary but you feel like you want it done she will do it for you to make sure you feel satisfied and that the problem you’re saying is happening is or isn’t happening with what you’re asking for her to do dr Hazzer is very busy I went all the other EMTs gave up on me she never did this get my vertigo to go away my constant infections she’s just a class act I really don’t want to recommend or not because she doesn’t deserve it because I don’t want her by taking up time I could use to be with her because she has a five star doctor I hope she never ever leaves practice thank you for let me share Matthew rushton of Nashua.

I was very impressed with my visit from the start to the finish. Checking in was quick and the staff was friendly. Dr K was his usual pleasant exuberant self and apologized for the wait. I indicated that I did not have to wait. He was right on time. He made me feel comfortable. My visit was completed within 5 minutes. Checking out was easy and my next year's appointment was scheduled.

I became a patient of ENT Associates a month or two ago. My first involvement was with Dr. Haser and the support team in their Billerica office. Then in their closer Concord office, I’ve had two visits with Dr. Saunders and the support team in this office. Before mid-year, I had never experienced any form of hearing issues. However, after my first hearing-related issue, I was referred to ENT Associates to evaluate my situation further. As the process has unfolded, I have been very satisfied with all ENTA professionals and procedures. I’ve found all within the Practice to be competent, caring, considerate, and very thorough. Dr. Gallivan has been my ENT specialist since 2010. I have x2 conditions she follows me for, in addition to the routine hearing care of a 62yo female pt. I also have moderate to severe vestibular issues at times which she works to help me manage, in addition to having excellent relationships w/Ma. Eye & Ear . She is very caring, and current and had been since she first became my doctor following a complicated craniotomy surgery in a rehab hospital. I am a forced into early retirement Nurse Practitioner, and I can recommend her highly without reservation.

Easy scheduling, plenty of parking at Nashua office. Office staff very nice. I was taken on time. First time being seen by Dr. Finlay. He was professional, very pleasant and the visit was very thorough.

Dr. Saunders was very thorough and answered all my questions. The person who administered my hearing test was also very nice and talked about each step of the process before proceeding.

I was only in the office for 5 min. He seemed nice and I hope he is a great Dr. Considering i am letting him operate on my nose. Ask me this after the Surgery. But i liked him.

I had a lesion removed and Dr Gallivan explained each part of the procedure to me as she excised the lesion. Once I was adequately numbed, the procedure moved along quickly and I did not feel anything.

Dr. Gallivan is an excellent Otolaryngologist. She listens to your concerns, explains what is possible and proceeds to give you the best care ever. She treats her patients like family.
